because I'm ectomorph too and would find it very uncomfortable being squashed by a guy who's much bigger than me in body size while cuddling, in the middle of sex, or whatever

Well, I don't agree with her statement as for the douchey gym bros because by my appearance, that's what I'm classified as at first glance daily. Having said that, these aren't accurate visual at all. There is just a difference in body fat percentages between the three for the most part. -Bodybuilder

@scorpioDude id say you're ectomorph or slightly mesomorph by going off your profile picture

@Chico_brah i know, they're not all 100% accurate in these kind of photos, but it gives a relatively similar image as to what the body types look like

20lbs of muscle is a lot lol. That really only happens your first year of training considering your diet and training is on point. After that first year, it's much harder and 20lbs would be near impossible naturally.

I'm tired of being slim.. I wanna be big and buff and stronger than what I am already. I only eat 2 meals a day.. my friend says I need to buy protein powder.

That's a common misconception. Buy x amount of supplements and you will reach your goals. Protein is obviously a staple needed in your diet for not only building muscle, but to just live. You're eating two meals a day? That's not very effective for building muscle. You're what's known as a hard gainer and need to be eating much more than two meals. Don't measure by meals either. Measure by calories while considering your macronutrients (protein/carbs/fats). Carbohydrates are your friend. There was recently a study published that proved protein consumption doesn't contribute much at all towards weight gain, even in mass quantities. You need to find out how much you weight and load up a carbohydrate dominant nutritional plan. You need to eat at a significant caloric surplus if you want to gain. You need to eat big to get big. Protein powder won't do much at all for your goals.
