I'm going to keep this short. Rape is never justified. Anyone who rapes and is proven guilty should be taken out back and shot in the head. No question asked. After the guys death and it's found out that the woman set him up, take her out back and put a bullet in her brain. No questions asked!

LOL! oh...OK...but only because I like u.. I will send you a Friend Request...btw..I like Pixie and am Friended with her..but I agree with you and not her on this issue... I have no way to even conceive of rape...I would not be able to get it up during violence...and it would hurt me mentally & emotionally (And physically) I think that anyone that commits rape is at least a sociopath or worse...I don't believe in torture/castration...but I am OK with capital punishment...

The only beef I have about the topic of rape in current times, is how women are conditioned to think that most of the guys in the world are rapists.
Rape is wrong, completely unjustified and no I don't want to rape anyone.
I will admit that when it comes to statutory rape, or unable to consent cases, there's a few legal things that I don't agree with. But when it comes to saying no, there is no justification for going beyond that.

That's really an old fashion form of punishment. Take away the tools they use to do the crime. Like, if a man stole a loave of bread they would cut of one of both of his hands.

Its not being a "ho" its as you said, being afraid to say know, you're scared, you don't know what's going on, and if a guy is doing THIS to you now, imagine what he might do if you fight back. It holds up in court, and a rape case is VERY difficult to win. You don't think date rape should be punished? maybe it is best for only survivors to talk if that's how people feel.

But I think "date rape" is grossly exaggerated - the statistics say 1 in 4 women experience rape in their lifetimes... I think a more realistic figure is something like maybe 1 in 20

I still don't agree with that... Most men these days are petrified of even approaching women... and the ones that do, are careful enough to take it easy with women... date rape really kind of is non-existant I'd say at most - 75/80% of rape reports are true... Other crime stats are MAD overrated - back in New Jersey, I'd say only 1/4 of the robbery reports were true...
Date-rape usually just means that the victim was raped by someone they know. Stranger rape is not nearly as common as date rape or acquaintance rape. Besides, very few rapes or sexual assaults are even reported. But anyways, I shared a stat that would be difficult to disprove, but if you disagree with it, then so be it. You're entitled to your opinion, but I respectfully disagree.

To rape is inconceivable to me. I can't even imagine it. I often wonder what is wrong with young men today, because I keep hearing how it's happening all the time now. I can only think that the culture, perhaps due to rap and hip hop, is much sicker than it used to be.
