Trimmed maybe shaped patch above, bare labia is the best. I of course will not complain if she shaves it completely bare.
No down the sides and a very close trim for the rest really. Any "design" she chooses is up to her. I follow the same for myself mostly. Main reason is I don't want hair in my mouth when eating out a girl. And the bush isn't very sanitary.
