Yeah, this always bothers me, too. If it's of any consolidation, all of my serious relations were initiated by me :) Including my current relationship.
I understand everything except the last part and I was actually talking about this with my guy friends the other day. Most of us can't get a boyfriend or date "just standing still" no matter how pretty and if you know how we can please tell me the secret. There's a difference between being able to get laid whenever (which, yes, we're able to do, but then we're considered sleezy) and finding a guy who doesn't just want to hit it who feeds us lines to get laid.
well okay maybe not literally completely standing still, just another way of phrasing, saying that all girls have to do is welcome or deny a guy's advances, they can accept or reject a guy at the whim
