Sexual Health I was talking to some male friends lately (they happen to be black and Hispanic) and someone mentioned Kate Upton. I was surprised because all of them said she had an OK face but an ugly body. They started pointing out things I'd never noticed before, saying she has a fat torso, no waist, saggy sloppy boobs and a pancake ass. Now I was surprised because if you ask any white guy, Kate Upton is a goddess. Then I googled her and came across pictures like these: link I mean really? @ a VS show no less

I like that they're untouched candid shots as opposed to her magazine shoots which are (obviously retouched) so you can see what her body *actually* looks like. I hate to sound conceited, but my body looks better than hers. I mean, aside from the boobs (low hanging as they are) she has a body that is just average imo. I think she's healthy and keeps her body in shape, but she just has a crappy body shape aside from the t*ts. I never noticed until my friends mentioned how wide her waist really is. Curious what others thing, especially guys, and if race matters in finding her body attractive or not. Like, is this just a white guy obsession or what ?

I'm black, and think she's very pretty (amazing face and breast). But I've been saying she has the fat girl syndrome happening with the lower part of her body since she got famous. My ex who's white had a similar body and when she started gaining weight I could see it being all bad. I mean, Upton has no hips, a pancake ass and almost knock knees. Thank God for her upper body and face.

Kate Upton's face with makeup is super sexy, super cute but like majority of women who wear makeup, without it her face is bland. I wouldn't stop and stare if I saw her makeup less face walking down the street. Her body... 😐... She has a nice healthy amount of boobs which looks great in any top she prefers, I'm sure. What lies below those two things aren't something to die for. Her mid section is extremely wide, she lack hips and ass... It's just... Her body below her tits remind me of a marshmallow.
As many others have already pointed out, I think Kate has a pretty face and nice breasts. She's your everyday, golden-haired, blue-eyed, American gal, but her body isn't special. She has an apple/ruler shape, the body that makes up around 45 percent of the female population. This makes her an everyday woman, like me and you, but there isn't anything special about it. If she had an hourglass body or a pear shape, (someone more curvier in the hips/buttocks), she would probably be all over the news more like Kim Kardashian. This seems shallow, but it's the truth. Women with wider hips are known to be more desirable for a mate.
I'm white and I've always thought she was super overrated. Her face is decent, but she has no curves at all and her ass is nonexistent. I don't know why the media treats her like she's a goddess.
I think she is the typical British girl, i mean, she is blonde and has pretty eyes and she is pretty in general, she has also big breasts, which are natural and make her sexy, but as any other British girl (in general, of course) she has not too much hips, which is a fundamanetal part too in female attractiveness, i mean, she is perfect till the belly, but down under, not so much, despite the legs are nice too. in that case we caqn say that boy hips and British girls hips, are not so different.
I think you guys are being very hard on Kate. I have the same body type as her and reading your comments almost brought me to tears. Stop being insensitive jerks, I think she's beautiful and her beauty marks and freckles and adorable!

she's pretty- she is chunky- but a lot of people think that is better than the size 0 models out there. you know, a girl with some skin and body to holim a small petite girl with wide torso- not as much as she does but for my body shape, its wide. And I have a toned butt but, its kinda flat too, I hope I wouldn't get judged as harshly for my figure.

She is flabby, she has a jello gut, no waist, Her legs have no muscle tone, she has a flabby and entirely unshapely rear and if you look at some of her unretouched close-up photos, she has a mustache (Yes she Really does have a mustache). From the first time I saw her on an Adam Sandler movie a few of years ago I thought: Why does his character think she is hot? Then I saw the credits and I thought: THAT... That is Kate Upton?
Why in the world is everyone so gaga over her? She borders... Really, on being deformed, and I think she is truly below average! Somebody in her family must have had influence and got her into the biz. I Live in Maui and I can walk down to the beach at any point during the day and grab ten normal girls that will look at least a full 100% better than she does.

I have hotter gfs than her. Kate is hot yes I woulsnt turn her down obviously but she has jelly all over and her boobs probably fall into her armpits when she lays down naked. Also she has the hips of a 300lbs woman. She is going to have to work out like crazy and est nothing but salads when she's older to not gain a lot of weight. God I sound so mean but it shocks me she is seen as a sex symbol. Walk through any mall anywhere and you'll find 20 women or more with way hotter bodies than hers. She is a beautiful woman both body and face wise, and represents women with an apple body type. To the idiot who said she looks 30, I know plenty of 30 year olds, even those who have had weight fluctuations throughout their 20s, who look way tighter and tauter than Kate Upton does.
When I look at her, I feel turned on. It's not about her needing to have the most "perfect" body in the world, whatever that means (but I assume it means a body that looks like you worked hard for it, as that is what is trendy nowadays). Not all men like muscley, toned women. I, for one, do NOT. I like soft women with curves. They don't need big jugs, but they do need curves, and soft bellies, for me to get turned on. Kate has a great body, but the one thing if I'm being picky is that proportionally, her waist is almost as wide as her hips... And I guess I'd prefer a woman whose waist goes in more. But generally speaking she's hot, since I don't like skinny girls and I don't like muscley women.
Photoshop is not only used to improve one's appearance, sometimes magazine use it to add fat and cellulite to models so they could body shame them. So just as you don't automatically assume her best pics are real, we shouldn't assume her worst pics are real either. I think any guy would be lucky beyond belief to have such a gorgeous looking girlfriend, and I'd love to see the photos of those who are so critical of her healthy and sexy appearance.
