Could be any number of things... do you guys often have that much sex in one day? It may have been too strenuous for him and he popped a blood vessel. That would be my suspicion.. but if it happens again, he should definitely go see Dr. because it could be an STD.
Honestly, it's never a bad idea to just go see a Dr. anyways. If it's not an STD it could be an indicator of something more serious that would require a urologist...

It means "Hemospermi" disease, if semen liquid includes blood. This is an important health problem and it should be cared medically. Plus, it has no accurated reason, it may appears in result of irregular sex life, forcing during the sex or another kinds of sexual transmitted illnesses... You should see an uroglogist doctor immediately... Certained diagnosis will be given by doctor...
I had that happen to me before... All that means is he busted a small blood capillary when he came... I forget the medical term for this but as long is this isn't a regular occurrence, I would say that it's nothing to be overly concerned about.
if it does happen regularly... I would advise going to see a doctor, for at least peace of mind.
