Ethnicity has nothing to do with it. I look for a certain body shape, a smaller size, and things like her smile, laugh, and facial expressions. I have dated mexican, asian, black and filipina ladies. her kiss will tell me a lot too!

I've seriously got the jungle fever. While there are black women that I find attractive, I am mostly attracted to women outside my race.
However, I feel like this is a flaw in me since childhood. I am multiracial and don't look like the typical black man and so when I was young, I received lots of hurtful comments from my brothers and sisters. Unfortunately to this day I still am sometimes given advice on how I'm supposed to talk, walk, how my voice "sounds like a white guy", etc.
I know that the negative memories have unfortunately given me a bad taste in my mouth that affects me on an unconscious level.
I don't get it now, but I wwas given advice on how to walk and talk when I was younger. And I'm not multiracial lol. I always sounded like a "white guy." Three co workers called my extension, and when they got my voice mail, they thought they dialed the wrong number because they thought the voice on the other end was white. Two black girls even told me that they couldn't date me. I wasn't black enough for them. Now how's that for a blow to the ego.
