It varies a lot from person to person. Some of it is genetic, some of it depends on if you breastfeed, and how long you breastfeed, etc.
My wife was a C cup prior to pregnancy. We have a 2 year old now who is still partially breast fed (usually a boob-dairy snack before naps/bedtime and regular food the rest of the time) and my wife is now a G cup. I have no idea what size they'll be after weaning is complete, but they don't currently safe much except right after a feeding.
My wife always knew she wanted to be a mom so she did her research into all aspects of it. She's always been worried about her breasts getting saggy, so she preemptively started taking care of that. Gravity is not your friend. She rarely ever sleeps without a bra because it'll help keep them from sagging/stretching while you sleep. If you do that, don't use bras with an underwrire at night, the wire will dig in and cause discomfort and in some studies is linked to breast cancer.
I'm sure you already know the struggle, but finding bras will be hell. While she was pregnant, we bought daytime bras from you-lingerie. com
They have cute/sexy bras in large sizes. If you plan to breast feed they also have nursing bras. I also recommend adoreme. com. they don't have bras that are aimed at pregnant women, but they do have larger sizes. We mostly but from them now. The only drawback is that they are a monthly subscription site. you pay $40 and get a bra each month.
This next part is really out of my league, but there is a muscle group you can work that will help with the gravity battle. Lotioning or using oil on your breasts regularly will help your skin stay healthy and bounce back better. she mostly used coconut oil in the past, but recently switched to something from the health food store and I'm not sure what it is. it's a mix of natural oils.
Lots of rambling there, hopefully some of it was useful...1 0 0 0Quite a bit bigger. I was part of a parenting group when I had my first daughter and uniformly the breasts of the mothers got quite a bit larger as they became engorged with milk. Also, they don't just get bigger but they look quite a bit better too because pretty much all sagginess disappears. For my ex-wife, she went from wearing a B-cup to a D-cup and after the pregnancy settled into a C-cup.
0 1 0 0mine are a full DD sometimes DDD , so how much bigger would mine get?
You know, I don't know. I mean, I hate to go in such a superficial direction, but I'd be sort of concerned because there was one woman in our parenting group who already had huge breasts and after the pregnancy, they became these huge saggy things that drooped to her belly. However, you're super young which means your body will bounce back to normal really easily. If you look at 16 year olds who have kids and then go back to being fit, it's like they never had a kid. The thing is, I want to say it doesn't matter because along with stretch marks and losing hair, it all represents the battle wounds of real motherhood, you know? But yeah, since you asked...
Lol exactly they are already huge so I'm scared! haha your comment just made me die rofl!

Don't know. But I do know that most breasts that get bigger due to pregnancy sag and their size goes down after a while because they were only enlarged due to excess hormones and because they were engorged with milk, so a lot of the times the results don't last.
But I think just as many women don't get larger breasts as women who do.0 0 0 0It depends, but if you have a large cup size already (c or bigger) and then you get pregnant, your breasts may sag a lot close to the end of/after pregnancy due to the weight and it can be permanent.
0 1 0 0That depends on many factors. Worst case they can become horrifically huge. Your doctor may be able to give you something to prevent that from getting out of hand. Please talk to your doctor. :)
0 0 0 0They don't grow technically, they become engorged with milk. So it'll depend on how much milk you produce. It tends to go down after breastfeeding though.
