I think both equally but in different ways. Obviously a woman can't tell what a man feels when they orgasm and vice versa. So no one really knows for sure. But "women" and "men" are such general terms. Some people can't even orgasm.
I feel like a man's orgasm is much more powerful, strong, intense but only last a. little while. Where a woman's orgasm is still powerful, strong and intense but maybe not as a mans would be and lasts longer. You never know a man might feel what a woman feels when she orgasms but squished in a shorter timespan. That's why I think both equally benefit but in different ways. You never know a woman might feel what a man feels but just dragged out more.

Women can probably easily find a bang just by opening a tinder account or by going to bar. Then again men only need a bit of money and could call up a high end escort for around 100 bucks. In my country its legal, we even have a red light district area like they do in Amsterdam; beautiful women in there on average going for around 40 bucks. Its model escorts that are the expensive ones like 200 bucks. Sex is just as beneficial for men if they put their mind to it and realize that all women always want something in exchange or charge for sex. Not to mention that men are shamed for it because women hate how logic male sexuality is unlike women's.

women are shamed if it gets out that they're very sexual, especially if they become a pregnant teen, which they can't hide & is out on display for everyone to criticize. also women are under harsher criticism for their bodies. which are again, more visible to people in nonsexual contexts than men's sexual performance
