I don't masterbate every day, I just masterbate 4 times a week. It usually hurts about half hour after or an hour after for about 20-30 minutes.

I would suggest giving it a rest, "if possible" , then resuming and see if the pain continues then I would contact a doctor despite any apprehensions you have. Does it always happen?
Are u eating right before? (I know its not the same as swimming, but exhillerating ur body after furling up can cause pains)

Talk to a doctor, you may have a digestion/ bowel issue that is flared up when you masturbate.
If you are worried about saying that you found out by masturbating, tell the Dr, it's after your girlfriend gives you a hand job.
