There's no NEED to mention it. But if you do you should at least be willing to get naked for the guy on that date, if not have full on sex. Why? Because I doubt he'd feel great knowing that you're more than happy to get naked for random strangers you can't even see but here he is, a guy who's taking you out on a date, etc., etc., and nothing for him. So if you ARE going to mention it, mention it either after you're already started having sex, or as a bit of foreplay into the first time you have sex.
