WTF, foreskin "glued" to the head of my penis?

Question

So let me start that I'm still a virgin and didn't had sex and I wash my penis every single day but recently from about a three days ago I have noticed that my foreskin is "glued" to my penis glans, previously in three days ago when it started happening I could normally pull it down with a bit of force but now nothing happens and if I try to make a little bit of force, it's a little bit painful, can someone explain what is happening here? O_o

not to scare you but i had to get a circumcision about your age because of the same problem. it got to the point were i couldn't even pull my foreskin over the head to properly clean it. sorry but you have to see the doc and see if you need to do the same thing.

Its either balanitis which can cause problems pulling it back, or phimosis but phimosis is usually a teen problem and once you can pull it back it doesn't glue itself back on like you've just said.

Could be late phimosis. See a doctor and let it get checked if it really is. If he says it is and wants to circumcise, give yourself thinking time and look for non-surgery alternaties first to try out.
