From my side still, no, I never get horny when watching horror movies, but I think that such movies induce a mental stress like storms, lightning, driving too fast, asthma, choking, watching gore scenes, danger or the sensation of danger in general, leading many people to getting more open to horny feelings.
This may seem odd, but there's a link with the subconscious desire to survive. With some people this may lead to a form of addiction to the danger situation involved.
