I feel like I need to add this, me and my husband have a hard limits list, safe word, and non verbal cues for safety. He will not add this to his hard limit list but still refuses to even touch my head in any way if I'm giving him oral. This is the biggest part of the issue. It's apparently a hard limit but he won't add it to his list of hard limits. That's why I'm asking for advice. It's confusing.

So, I finally got him to tell me what the issue was... after I showed him the answers on here. He apparently likes making me frustrated and because I kept asking about it, the longer he's going to not do it. My husband is a BRAT apparently, and it took me ten years and a question on here for me to see it. That's why he won't put it on the hard limits list. Because he's going to do it one day just not when I want him too. Thank you everyone for your answers. I'm going to go scream into a pillow
