A flaccid penis can fool you. When working in industry, we played basketball, and had showers afterward. I got to see a lot of flaccid penises and wondered how much they would grow when 'hard". One of the 'would-be-studs, had the smallest penis, I think I have seen, when flaccid.

Yes and no. Some guys are growers and some are showers. There are a lot of factors in flaccid vs. erect length. Temperature, age, weight, girth all play a role in how big it looks either way. I can't even walk around in some pairs of pants well when I get hard and on freezing cold days it is like a bear in hibernation gone into a cave. Usually really skinny guys will be showers. They don't have anywhere to hide it. Average and heavier guys won't be. The older they are the lower their balls hang. The lower and larger the balls the shorter the penis looks. There is like a goldilocks age and weight where the balls don't hang much and you are skinny so you look like a freak if you have a big one. Those kind of guys show up in porn all the time. Those that a small when flaccid and grow when getting aroused.
