A flaccid penis can fool you. When working in industry, we played basketball, and had showers afterward. I got to see a lot of flaccid penises and wondered how much they would grow when 'hard". One of the 'would-be-studs, had the smallest penis, I think I have seen, when flaccid.

Sometime later, I was talking to a girl that apparently, he had fucked a few times, and they must have had a problem, as she was not complementary. She said "Robart" (his last name) 'he would have 'fall-out' in a thimble". Based on that, whether she was pissed at him, when she said that, I'm guessing her had a very small penis when erect. So, HIS small flaccid penis WAS small when HARD.

Yes and no. Some guys are growers and some are showers. There are a lot of factors in flaccid vs. erect length. Temperature, age, weight, girth all play a role in how big it looks either way. I can't even walk around in some pairs of pants well when I get hard and on freezing cold days it is like a bear in hibernation gone into a cave. Usually really skinny guys will be showers. They don't have anywhere to hide it. Average and heavier guys won't be. The older they are the lower their balls hang. The lower and larger the balls the shorter the penis looks. There is like a goldilocks age and weight where the balls don't hang much and you are skinny so you look like a freak if you have a big one. Those kind of guys show up in porn all the time. Some kind of 6' tall 20 year old guy that weights 125 pounds will be in a porno totally shaved. All this to make him look huge before and after he gets erect. That said the average dick size is only like 5-6 inches erect and only a few inches flaccid. So you aren't going to see porn dicks often. Girthy penises may not look very long but looks can be deceiving. Some guy with a thin penis will look long but in reality will be average. Anyway, too many focus on penis size. Most women love clitoral stimulation and that is where men with penises of all sizes should focus their energy.

There usually are two types of dicks,
Those that a small when flaccid and grow when getting aroused.
And, those that a big even when flaccid, and simply grows hard when aroused.

On average a man is 3.5 inch when flaccid. Although this varies a lot with temperature and other factors. It actually varies in flaccid size quite a bit. So, if you took multiple measurements of a guy throughout the year. An average guy will average out to 3.5 when flaccid.

Penises come in two types: growers and show-ers. Growers are penises that are very small when flaccid, but grow quite large when erect. Show-ers are penises that hang fairly long when flaccid, but don’t gain much length when aroused. Growers often have firmer erections than their show-er counterparts, but both types of penises stiffen when aroused, and function the same otherwise!
