We use phrase like "I've earned this" "I deserve this" " oh go on it's your birthday "it's Friday". Those little phrases we tell ourselves to justify eating that big tub of icecream or drinking that whole bottle of wine. How often do you see something on eBay you can't really afford or even need but half-hour later you've justified buying it to yourself?
One of the most powerful justifications is "go on it's Christmas". It's the time of year when offered sex, girls who would usually decline say to themselves "why not? It's Christmas". It's the season we tell our friends "go on treat yourself, it's Christmas" .
It's the season of over indulgence, more cake, chocolate, alcohol and sex. But while we girls are treating ourselves do you guys find we're easier or not?
