I need 3 men just to keep up with my libido... It's been very rare that a single man has been able to outdo me. So, I am unable to assume men are hornier.

It's possible that women are just more tired and more cautious. We tend to have a much heavier work load than men and end up more sleep deprived. Men usually get to go to work and be mostly done with their day after that. Plenty of time to get worked up and horny. Women tend to work and come home and work some more. Then, they finally fall into bed and pass out exhausted.

Plus, they have to worry about getting knocked up and an even heavier workload...

Many women are also on hormonal birth control, and that messes with their libidos. A huge portion of my libido is due to ovulating and hormonal fluctuations right before and after my period. Most hormonal birth control prevents ovulation and the hormonal fluctuations that go with it.

So, I would not bet that it's a biology thing so much as cultural and circumstantial.

This is a complicated topic but in general i believe making definitive claims about something as personal and variable as libido and linking it strictly to gender is problematic.
Every individual is different when it comes to sexual desire and biological drives. Those things exist on a spectrum and are shaped by so many physical, psychological and social factors. Some research has suggested men tend to have higher sex drives on average, at least when comparing quantity of self reported desire. However the gender differences appear modest and what Someone says Contradicts what they actually feel or do. There is also evidence Women have as much capacity for sexual appetite and enjoyment as men but cultural shame and more stigma around expressing that openly may skew perceptions.
In the end making assumptions about a whole group is rarely accurate when human sexuality is so complex. If anything, we need to destigmatize desire across all genders so we can have more open, honest understanding of each other. The most ethical stance seems to be challenging notions of 'normal' levels and not placing value judgements on diversity in appetites.

Sex means different things. For men sex is external - its something they do to someone. For women it is internal - something done to them. So, for men horniness manifests as wanting to do it with no obstacles or restraints and extreme vitality. But that precise desire isn't really availible to women. Because sex happens inside their body and doesn't really depend on their own vitality, feelings of horniness have more to do with wanting to discover a man understands them (or whatever a girl is into). Physical arousal is something most women can just ignore, unlike men. So, for questions like this you have to establish how each is measured in a way that translates into the other.

Yes, I think so, but it's closer to even than it seems. The difference is that men are generally much more likely to pursue casual sex, and so they will be more upfront about it with more women. Most women, on the other hand, strongly want the safety of a commitment before they feel free to unleash their libido (of course there are exceptions).

It will likely vary between people, I think guys probably tell more people just how horny they are. You rarely get it when all the guys are out for a drink together and all are in relationships, then everyone is going on about how much they are getting.
