Neither. It just means changing positions.
It's more just a term for being a bit rough and domineering if you ask me. And yes they are. They would ideally have to be both short and slim though. It isn't very easy to maneuver a baby elephant.

I think it more refers to positioning the girl however he wants in bed, I feel like when the animal lust in the guy takes over, and if he suddenly decides he wants her from doggy to missionary, he flips her over, sometimes roughly, but considered “throwing around”. I think it also works best when the girl is in a submissive, “do whatever you want with me” frame of mind.

I don’t know but if I had to guess, I’d say it’s physically throwing like gently tossing around and playing with, not violently throwing or anything. Shorter girls are generally easier to pick up, move around and play with because they’re closer to the ground in height.

You can literally just pick them up and move them wherever, pushed to a wall off from the floor, position them easily, etc.

I mean both kinda. Like i pick her up and put her over my shoulder. Carry her up the stairs to the bed, literally throw her onto the bed. Say she's on her back i might grab her arm and leg and yank to flip her over. Etc.
My first thought would be since smaller girls are usually lighter in weight, they would be easier for a guy to over power.

Not necessarily, slim and flexible girls are "better" to throw around. If she's lighter I like to grab her from the waist and pound her out or bend her legs over her shoulder and grind her out.
