Sexual Health A pillow princess is essentially a girl that likes to only receive head in the bedroom. Like specifically oral sex done to them, and nothing else. I believe it was a term created for lesbians, for a bi gal/lesbian that loved getting head from other women, but disliked going down on a vagina themselves. The term came from the fact that said girl would always be laying back on a pillow. Of course, obviously there are other positions like my fav facesitting, but you get the point.
Either or you can apply this term for either sex. For example, I'm a pillow princess with men only, but I love to do everything with women! It doesn't even matter what your sexuality is really, I know straight girls who would be okay and/or love getting head from girls, and I know lesbians who would be okay and/or love getting head from guys so long as they don't have to do anything back. It's just a mouth down there, it's no different.
