It's not *over*, but Black men are at a significant disadvantage in the dating market when compared to White men. Thus, Black men need to shore up every other area in which they can--height, face, status, income, charisma, social skills, etc.--in order to stay competitive. Cosmetic surgery to gainer "Whiter" features (as seen in Korea, especially) is also a good move.
However, it's important to note that while Black women like White men, the feelings are typically not reciprocated; White men generally are most attracted to either White or Asian women--not Black women. Thus, Black women often don't have a choice and will have to choose Black men. Still, doing your best to stay competitive in the dating market will do wonders.
