Get it just in case but if y'all don't physically need it then why use it? It should depend, if y'all can keep the lubricant as your natural lubricant then I don't see why more lube is necessary but I'm sure if you get it and have it at hand at the moment, it increases your chances of using it
If you get wet enough there shouldn't be any need for extrra lube but if that's whst you want he dhoulf be considerate enough to comply if he truly cares for you. It sounds to me like he may be a bit selfish and doesn't want to depend any time pleasing you but rather judtcwsnts to get his rocksboff at your expense.
Either he agrees on having it on stand by - in case YOU feel it is required or sex won't happen.
Both parties should be comfortable, this is an easy task - to make you comfortable that shouldn't cause him any discomfort, if he does then he shouldn't be having sex at all yet.

Here's the real point that you shouldn't overlook: sex is about both partners being comfortable. Your boyfriend isn't doing that.
