I ABSOLUTELY HATE BREAST IMPLANTS. I think they are the worst invention ever. I wish they had never been invented. They totally ruin girls' breasts! They look fake spot them a mile off, Not my taste, why don`t ladies just go to the gym and work out, everything just stays in place and just looks really good the best that nature provides being looked after

I greatly prefer small boobs, so I'm not a big fan of implants. I do know that many women who get them, get them because the implants make them feel more confident. That's great for those women, but if the purpose is to impress guys, I would say avoid them. The extra attention you'd be getting wouldn't be from guys who date you for who you are inside, it's from guys who really like big boobs.
