Well firstly people are free to do what they want but I personally really don't like implants of any form. Natural just always looks better in my opinion. There are some exceptions though where I wouldn't mind it: If they were born with some deformity, had an accident or breast cancer/other diseases.

I would advise against them. Mainly for health reasons. A good number of incidents had reported these breast implants tearing open inside of a woman's breasts and causing health issues.
Other than that. I imagine they wouldn't feel as good as a real boob. There'd be a clear difference surely.
