No you’re not too young to try anal! I would recommend finding a good lube you like that lasts a long time and doesn’t get sticky or dry out, I would also recommend starting with fingers and such before moving to plugs. You can get a set of butt plugs that are graduated in size and you can use them to work up to being ready to take a cock slowly stretching your anus over the corse if a few weeks or so.
