Its very possible but that requires a certain nervous structure that isn't, how should I put it a normal way for nerves to be structured. But nor is it so rare that it doesn't exist.

More commonly would probably be the awkward farts/noises that can be the result of anal or vaginal sex. Which occur naturally.

That depends entirely on the girl, but most likely no. Orgasm is generally achieved through various other methods of sexual intimacy, but after 2 or 3 analysis sessions it is supposed to start to feel very good. I recommend you google anal and advice on it.

However, I have heard of a lady having an orgasm from being on her front, and the thrusting of the guy massaged her pussy on whatever she was laying on and she did achieve orgasm.
