I can be definitely be with someone who does not do anal. I am the same I hate anal sex and I only have done it a couple just cause she wanted me too. To me it not pleasurable or natural and I consider it a one way street and that out. It is also gross and I see bad happening if you get what I mean.

If you want it hygienic, you have to use anal douche, and that act itself already kills the mood for me. I tried it twice, never again. It just didn't feel right.

I agree it is super gross. If you are unhygienic about it. I would gladly spend three hours in the shower cleaning or on the toilet with an enema so I could make it hygienic if that is an issue…
