  • Uh oh. If you're 30 and he's 16. Yes.
Are people finding out? If possible i would suggest cutting contact with him and tell him not to speak of it.
Im not sure legally what issues you'd face. But he would be considered the victim here.
Often times since you are female and he is male... you probably wouldn't get in much trouble id imagine at this age range. Good luck.

    • I understand the hot aspect of age difference but try to keep it above 18 next time. Good luck

  • Yeah I think so. I slept with an older girl when I was like 17. Always wondered if that was bad. She was like 45.

  • Yes you can

  • what state are you in?

  • I doubt it

  • It depends on the age of consent where you are, but yes, you can get in trouble if that person is underage even if they lied to you about their age.

  • no not at all

  • Yes, doesn't excuse it.

  • Yes you can, but it depends on what is your states age of consent.

  • No I don't think so

  • Below the age of consent? Could be a problem, but I doubt the truth would get you into trouble. You can't be expected to demand proof of age. If he tries to cover his ass by insisting that you seduced him then all bets are off.
