Unscientific premise aside, it would make finding potential dates much easier. One worry I've always had is lets day I'm getting along with someone great, we start dating, but then when she eventualky takes her clothing off, what if I'm not attracted to what I see?, whats the least hurtful way to turn them down? fuck if I know, but it's really awkward to think about, and everyone being naked by default would eliminate this problem.
Would probably also increase the spread of infectious diseases though, clothing often acts as s barrier against that, so your premise is a bit odd..

For some it would remove certain questions they have of certain individuals in their life... that is, if that certain individual and themself are not so intimidated by the idea of being naked in public.
So people will either stay home in larger numbers - including the “essential” and a lot will likely defy their respective governments and put on clothes anyway.
