I feel like I've said this a million times lol, but I don't find masturbation satisfying. The only way for me to get off without sex is fantasy. I really like getting guys off any way I can. There's really no pleasure at all, because the arena is entirely psychological. So the fantasy is in contention with logic and reality that pushes back and reminds the brain that "No, that will never happen. You are single and you will probably remain that way until death. Therefore, whatever you're dreaming about... you can just forget it. Stop kidding yourself, man.". So then the whole thing just becomes a big letdown. Mental fantasies only work if you actually have hope.
