No, I strongly disagree! Contracts lay out the terms that each party agreed to in advance. If you don’t agree with something in a contract, don’t sign the damned contract! Also, contracts are not “broken”, they are “breached”! If one does not live up to the terms outlined within the “four corners” of a contract, you are in breach of that contract, and will likely be deservedly sued for breach of contract. That’s a good reason why you never sign any contract without reading EVERY word, and preferably having your lawyer look at it too.
