If you do it properly, like actually down your throat, it won't make the girl choke. Honestly, when my boyfriend finishes like that, I often don't even know if he's done yet or not because.   I've never measured around but it's on the higher side of 8" when I'm really turned on. And I guess the girth is prolly proportional.
