in my opinion, it means NATURAL, firm, and full for their size.

To have an idea, look at porn star Marie McCray. She's a 34C - though she's petite and they look bigger on her - but they're very firm and full and pretty symmetrical.

Even smaller boobs can be "tits to die for". Jenna Haze and Taylor Rain were B and A-cup girls who had excellent tits. But, you're more likely to hear this kind of description about girls with bigger boobs - typically in the C-DD-cup range.

I don't doubt that 34C is her stated size, but I'm 100% certain that she's closer to a 28FF. Her outfits were no doubt made very well, but her bras definitely weren't. Most women wear the wrong size, no matter what their profession is. I did, for most of my life, before I educated myself.

For someone with a 24" waist to have an underbust measurement of 34" they'd have to be EXTREMELY snatched. For people of normal and balanced proportions, their underbust should be 1 or 2 inches larger than their waist, which is why I'm saying she has to be a 26 band at least.
