I cannot say that men in general find this appealing. I mean I have never even thought to have woman do this for me. Kind of does not compute to me. Meaning I cannot understand why or how that would be sexy.

But for a lot of men, they do like their women to be somewhat passive when it comes to sex. So maybe it's a power trip thing? Like if you can get someone to put their underwear in their month for you, what else are they willing to do for you?
