Do condoms make you feel nothing during sex?

In the past I would let guys I decided to hook up with bring condoms. But recently more and more of them don’t or even if they do they still find excuses not want to use them. Most of them say they feel nothing with condoms. Is this true, for me I can feel the difference and after going bareback for a while I noticed it’s becoming hard to go back.

As a bisexual crossdresser I do notice the difference whether I'm the top or the bottom. It feels much better when I penetrate a woman bareback vs wearing a condom. The sensation is so much better for both of us, and the same if I'm receiving anal from a guy.
Ultra thin condoms definitely feel much better than even a regular style. I personally leave it up to my partners (s). I definitely like to feel a guy ejaculate in my rectum, you can't feel that if he's wearing a condom.
