The red flag comes from her being a sadistic teese who draws you in but never puts out. Or a prostitute. If there is an 'extra' mentioned in reference too doing someone, be blunt, and insist upon clarification "are you a prostitute or not" because she's not going too volunteer that information up front. I'm not saying a woman is a whore if she shows skin, but she will only get a thrill out of doing something bold. The same oh same oh isn't bold. I don't see it as a red flag. I think it shows her femininity but doesn't mean that she is slutty.
One of the sweetest girls I ever knew (she worked at a place where I worked and wasn't my girlfriend) was short and petite, had fairly small boobs, always wore a push up bra and nice dresses with V-necks. She wasn't showing off. She just tried to look nice. Everyone respected her and thought she was adorable. She was friendly, always smiling, and made it feel like warm sunshine whenever she walked into the room.

I guess, it depends. Some women do it to look sexy, while other women do it, knowing they'll get attention, but then bitch at the men who look at them, as if they think all men are gay or asexual or something. I don't mind cleavage, as long as you know we're going to look at it. I don't think it's a red flag, but I do think girls who show too much and too often are attention whores, and thus, slightly more likely to be whore-whores.

I like cleavage and do not think poorly of the girl. A lot of guys actually like smaller boobs (like me!) I prefer an A or B cup. Don't put yourself down enjoy you for who you are.

If for some reason I thought that, I wouldn't see it as a red flag. That said, I also probably wouldn't try to pursue her unless we somehow become friends anyway. I'd assume she'd be too shallow to be interested in me, which would be a red flag. Not that it matters ofc at that point. 🤔

I do consider lots of cleavage a bit of a "be careful" zone.
It would make me wonder if the girl would continue to show cleavage for other guys after she's my girlfriend.
