Well in terms of skill I imagine that girls (lesbians and bi girls anyway, with experience) might be better than guys as they would be able to relate directly to what the other girl is feeling and perhaps more easily perceive what the other girl likes, gauging her response more effectively than guy might be able to.

I would also expect though that most straight girls would enjoy it more if it was a guy doing it, but that's again just speculation on my part.
