Ok, well that has 2 ways in/out... to be fair i don't know how to put this, but here it goes...
1-either ure infatuated with your sister and dream of getting between her legs, as you might have "seen her in panties", but as you stand no chance you just decided to "steal" her panties and wear them (i bet you sniff them/jerk in them too)...
