Grown adults don't usually do that, it's normally a childhood thing, but I guess there are some guys that do. In a situation a few years back where I was in a sexual situation where there was another guys present he was looking me over and commented on mine. Also I am aware of some guys who check out other guys dicks at urinals to see what they got. But as a rule it's a no just not really the done thing.
Of course we do and women talk about their vaginas and breasts it's normal

My Best Friend, used to brag about his penis size, and one night at his condo with his girlfriend and me with my girlfriend, I challenged him to a penis measuring contest, and we measured 'girth' first, but did not measure length, (I think because both were afraid the other would be longer) We were both the same 'girth' and his girlfriend later told me that she thought we were both 'about the same size'
I would never ask a guy or discuss it, but some women, wives and girlfriend , have told me how their husband/boyfriend was hung. Most guys are in that 6--7 inch range from what I'm told.
depends on their age and it's usually lies anyways to try to make them act like they're something special. Not so many magnums and monsters really out there. Pretty sure the condoms and toys sold reflect that rather well. As do the sales in false hope of making them larger. This did happen to me a lot, not me but other guys trying to boast.
