I recently read an article saying Koreans have the smallest penises in the world, I'm a huge fan of Korean music and watch a lot of Korean dramas and I find the men really sexy and I was wondering if there is any truth in it?

That's true, but I'm not asking to be shallow. I've never had sex so it's not as if I'm well acquainted with men's dicks, it was just a simple question.
Ok, I;m sorry. It's just what would you think of me if I said "Hey, I heard Asian women have tigher pussies, is it true?" then implied I was a fan of Asian culture, but heck, I might not be if it ain't true! Except porn is illegal in South Korea, and the number of porn watched cannot represent the 50 million South Korean population. And you cannot possibly accurately guess a size of a penis by just looking at it on video.
According to studies Korean guys average around 3.8 inches. You might find Korean guys who are above and below that average but for the most part, they'll be around that range.

Honestly I haven't noticed a difference on any race and size. The smallest guys I've ever seen have all been arabs and the largest ones have been scrawny white guys.
So well, probably no way to know until you take the plunge.
That map down there looked awful too. 17 cm average size of americans? Please! Self reporting has its flaws. Few people happily report being small but the large boys will all queue up to brag.
