I have wondered about this too. I find it a little weird. This world is not the world I was apart of growing up. People who endorse this, say that breasts are not sex organs. They seem to be attractive to men, and men have sex with women, and produce babies. Babies feed off the breast, so I don't understand this movement.
I'm not sure what the laws would say. I voted no, as when I heard free the nipple, I thought and still maintain it as bra free but not bare chested. Bra free I love, though like low cut tops, I don't want to see exposed chests in public, that's too far and probably public nudity illegal lol I'm no lawyer
