"I believe body invasion is indeed inherently harmful, and cash is the proof of coercion. Buying sexual access commodifies something that is beyond the realm of capitalism and entrepreneurship: girls and women's orfices."

I agree with her. When a penis enter a female orifice it's a traumatic violating disgusting thing, so it should not occur unless the woman gets something significant in return like a marriage proposal (even then it's not mandatory) or a big house.
The female orifices are the most valuable thing women possess, and most often the only valuable thing they possess, so it should not be bought with just a couple hundred dollar bills!

  • No, she is rabidly sexist. First and foremost, why is a man having sex evil and bad but not a woman? Why is he violating her if she is doing so willingly? That is literally the exact opposite of what violate means, if its a violation its not consensual and the notion that sex is inherently disrespectful to the woman is as insane as the idea that a man should have to marry a woman in order to get sex but at the same time she isn't required to give it. That's like saying a job has to pay you but your not required to actually show up, its stupid, its selfish, and its a clear sign of a disfunctional mind to think that is a rational argument.

As this pertains to women, its also sexist towards them. She is saying that a woman is incapable of saying no, incapable of knowing what is best for her to the point where the government has to do it for her. She is saying women cannot be sexual creatures (despite the fact that all humans are because you know, that's how we reproduce and replicate, the singular purpose of biological life), that they cannot enjoy sex, that they cannot have sex without being violated meaning they are effectively, in her eyes, children and not grown adults with fully functional minds which can make their own decisions.

As for prostitution, yes it should be legal. I don't think any woman should be a prostitute, I don't think men should see prostitutes but at the end of the day they are adults and its their life and their choice not mine so they should have the right to do what ever they want so long as no one but them suffers the consequences for their actions.

  • "When a penis enter a female orifice it's a traumatic violating disgusting thing, so it should not occur unless the woman gets something significant in return like a marriage proposal (even then it's not mandatory) or a big house."

So it isn't okay for a couple of hundred dollar bills, but it is okay if you buy a house?

In both cases, there is some financial compensation, right?

So if you buy her a house in return for having sex with you, it's okay? Why is it prostitution when you would spend $ 200 for a fuck, but perfectly okay if you spend $ 200,000 on a house in order to get laid? Why would the latter one not be prostitution? If you give her a house, she's just selling sex for a very high price.

Fact is that prostitution is legal in many countries, and that banning it doesn't solve any problem. I'd rather have it regulated than if it gets illegal and it would be more difficult to control. Some women don't mind making money by having sex with others. Of course one should always be careful that no human trafficking is involved and that women are not doing it against their will. But for many women it's also an easy way to make a lot of money in a short time. For some, it gives them a source of income.

    • Because a vagina is worth more than just $200. Paying only $200 devalues the vagina.

    • If you go to a prostitute you're not paying to own the vagina. You will never own it anyway, no matter how much you pay, or if you get married, or if you buy her a nice house. It will always be someone else's vagina. Even if you're married and you bought her the nicest house possible, that doesn't entitle you to any right to have sex. It always should be consensual. It could also mean that a payment is part of the deal. For example, I like to do my job, but I won't do it for $ 10 per hour. Someone (in this case my employer) needs to have someone else (in this case myself) to perform work. So you make a deal (in this case a contract) and agree on a price. Prostitution works the same way. Someone is offering a service to someone who needs that service, and they agree on a price to get that service. If both are happy with the agreed price, and both think the price is fair, the deal will continue. If you go to a prostitute, you're paying to have maybe 15 or 30 minutes of sex. How do you put a price tag on that? It's up to the woman to decide what she wants to get in order to provide a physical service. Technically, not much different than paying for getting a massage, for example.

    • > Even if you're married and you bought her the nicest house possible, that doesn't entitle you to any right to have sex. Only true thing you said.

  • Another leftist idiot who hasn't done a hard day's work in her life without a single clue about how reality works. Pathetic. Shame we can't muzzle these fools. They do more harm than good.
    .

I've worked with prostitutes, addicts, etc. in 2 different cities for over 5 years. Most legitimate women's rights organizations, women welfare organizations, etc. would be appalled by this idiot's stupidity & ignorance.

    Banning prostitution makes it illegal.
That means pimps can beat the shit out of their women - and those are the people who take the majority of the money, not the working gals - and police will be more adept to arrest her for prostitution charges than arrest him for abuse. Happens almost everywhere prostitution is illegal.

That is why there's prostitutes would rather have themselves beat black & blue than report this to the police cause going to the police 9 out of 10 times means jail. That is why police in the sex trafficking division work themselves to the bone & to they're sick of what goes on behind closed doors, in back alleys, etc. - places sheltered cows like this Judd would never know - to try and curb the less savory behavior.

Banning = illegal = more crime, more abuse, more deaths.

    • "hasn't done a hard day's work in her life" Being a movie star isn't hard work?

    • @ActiveSh1tter - are you trying to offend people? Movie star isn't a hard job. Apply some makeup, read a line. She'd be in tears if she had to man a till at the local grocery store.

    • You have no idea what it takes to be a good actor. It's much harder than carrying grocery bags.

  • No, it should be legal for adults and heavily regulated to protect prostitutes and their clients.

  • If "female orifices are the most valuable thing women possess", then they are possessed by the individual woman who can do with them as they wish. I oppose the idea of governments telling women what they can and cannot do with their own bodies.

    • Government should ban prostitution and let these women go on welfare instead.

  • Lol. Your description.

No. I don't. If I were rich, I would actually open a masked bordello with all kinds of men and women. Great way to make money. It would be legal with my staff well care for. I would also own a porn studio.

  • ActiveSh1tter - yes ! yes ! yes ! yes ! yes ! yes ! yes ! yes ! yes ! thanks

  • My goodness.
YOu are actually talking about two different things here; one is Ashley Judd's comment against prostitution and the other is your personal opinion about the penis entering the vagina.
So to answer; I don't agree with Ashley. Prostitution is banned in 95% of the world. In some places they will hang you for it. However, it is the oldest profession around, has been since the beginning of time and will be around forever. Sorry, just the way it is.
AS for your opinion, I don't think you should ever have sex! It is not a 'traumatic violating disgusting thing'. Where did you learn that? It is a beautiful thing, and many many people would agree with me, even women. IF it was that bad, then man-kind would have ceased to exist a long time ago.
Myself, I love it, and if you ask my past relationships, they would say they loved it too.

    • "many many people would agree with me" Only men :)

    • No, quite a lot of women enjoy sex. You obviously don't know what you are talking about.

    • They can enjoy sex. But the harm they get from it is a 100 times greater than any enjoyment they get.

  • Not at all. Not everyone feels as she does. Yeah, no one should be so desperate that they are standing on the highway for a pimp. That’s not all of sex work. The only people who should get a vote are the women who have freely chosen sex work. They are asking for legalization and regulation.

  • First of all, men can also be prostitutes
Second, yes I do agree. Prostitution does nothing for our economy. You can't be taxed on it so they could literally make as much money as they want and pay nothing.
And you could be putting yourself in danger and giving police unnecessary work because you're too lazy to get a fucking job.

  • "When a penis enter a female orifice it's a traumatic violating disgusting thing, so it should not occur unless the woman gets something significant in return like a marriage proposal (even then it's not mandatory) or a big house."

    Jeez, someone's projecting.

  • Odd to hear a Marxist moron like her make sense but she's saying exactly what I think too. Whether she's sincere or just looking to score political points is another mater. You never can tell with Marxists like her what they actually think.

  • What the heck, is she a religious nutjob who wants to push her so called traditional family values on us

  • Nope. She wants money and she's hot so she can do whatever. Only each individual girl can determine if it's violating or not a big deal. No one decide for the entire female population.

  • In principle, yes; I agree. Sex should not be had if you're not married to the one you are having it with.

    • Even in marriage it's not necessary.

  • yeah

  • Yeah, this is right up there with "every man is a rapist".

  • I don't agree with her and her pov of prostitution.

    • Vast majority of women do agree with her.

    • And? The vast majority of sex workers disagree with her.

    • Because that's the only way they can make money. Doesn't mean they like it.

    • Show All
  • Nope

  • why can't she just say something useful like against circumcision or something.

  • Where i live now prostitution has been legal for a long time and when i compare it with prostitution in other countries there is a big difference in health and safety of these women, first is the fact that here most of these women do this work to provide for there families and them self's, there is no pimp involved.
Second here these women get a lot of support from the government and support groups and even education if they want to leave this live behind. So no prostitution should not be banned but legalized and implement options for these women to exit this live.

  • yes I do. Only because it may help limit the exploitation of children. But then again maybe it will create more of a demand. In my area there are tings of human traffickers that have been busted for trafficking under age girls. So disgusting. These people should have their hands chopped off and genitals removed.

    • That's a bit extreme

    • Pluck out their eyes as well

  • No, she's crazy.

    • Then most women are crazy, because most women want prostitution to be illegal too.

    • Firstly, I don't think that's true. Secondly, they are.
