Do you consider a blow job to be sex?

I'm just curious. There's no right or wrong answer. This just came up in conversation.

No, I don't think blow jobs are sex. Sex is reproduction. Yes, the male person is ejaculating (releasing sperm), but not where the sperm can actually start the reproduction process. But I think it's unknown, really. I don't believe it's sex, but yet other people have opinions, which is fine.

I hate to admit it but BJ's fall into being sexual? Regardless of what other people say. I would never convince my wife that getting a BJ from my neighbor didn't count.

it's a difficult question to answer, because I would consider a girl who has only given a blowjob to still be a virgin, but depending on the situation I would say i had sex with someone if we only did oral. It just depends on the context I think

If you go by the biological meaning of sex thats penetration with a penis into a vagina but if you go by the legal meaning of sex then anything that involves a penis vagina or butthole is sex

Yes of course blow jobs are sex, oral sex. And not to be Debbie downer but if it wasn’t sex, you wouldn’t be able to get a SEXually transmitted disease from it.

It's oral sex but that's if you're being technical. I just consider it giving a guy a blowjob I don't think about it as sex

For me, actual SEX-SEX is either homosexual or regular penetrative sex. Blowjobs are a sex ACT, while I think it makes you sexually active I don't agree that it is the same as railing someone.

"Sex" has multiple meanings. It can mean sexuality, or it can mean intercourse. A blow job/cunnilingus and even a hand job/fingering are sexuality.. orgasm isn't a condition. It's a purpose., along with arousal.
