(27)Don't wipe.. I used to wash and shake until it dry!
It happens rarely. Moisten the paper with plain water and it comes right off.
On the head I mean, not the shaft. No need to wipe that part.
Normally a shake is all thats needed but sometimes I do wipe with TP around the tip only, no need to wipe the shaft, and no its never stuck to it with pee.
But wiping cum off you can get little bits stuck to the tip.
