Sexual Health Do you feel someone having sex with their spouse while they're asleep, is essentially rape?

I was watching an old episode of Dr. Phil where this couple was on there and the husband admitted to having sex with his wife while she was sound asleep. He said "he wanted to see if he could do it without waking her up", he also thought it would be "funny". So, do you believe if a spouse has sex with their spouse while they are fast asleep, that it could essentially be defined as rape (since they are not awake to give consent)? What do you think?

The problem is that she hide many details about the case, and told them only in the comments, some women are okey with this kinda of thing and some don't, it's an very debate thing.

98% of sex happens without anyone giving verbal consent. You will understand that sooner or later yourself.
I think if you talk it out and give prior consent that you're fine with your partner doing it and that you trust them to be gentle with your body then it's fine.
