This has happened to me a couple of times, but the women that I have been interested in that sent them to me I already had interest in them for their personality and enjoyed being around them. That extra bit they did with the nudes was just added icing and gave me a sense of trust she may have had with me.
Overall, if a guy is just thirsty and only looking for sex or nudes, he will more than likely lose interest with her since he got what he was after.
