I’m uncircumcised so I can only speak for myself, but personally I would never choose to undergo circumcision. I saw this documentary once about circumcision and they mentioned that circumcision reduces sexual pleasure (for the guy) by a lot. The foreskin contains thousands of nerve endings and the pleasure during sex and masturbation comes from the frenulum and the rolling back and forth of the foreskin (especially for me).
I’ve tried pulling back my foreskin and masturbating without stroking the foreskin but it could not bring me to orgasm.
I get that circumcision can indeed promote hygiene, but I believe that an uncircumcised man can be just as hygienic, as long as they clean under the skin daily (and before/after sexual activity). No comments for those who are circumcised due to religious reasons, but I will never understand men who undergo circumcision based on personal reasons.
Choosing to undergo circumcision is like voluntarily giving up part of your sexual pleasure. The foreskin protects the head of the penis (which is also the most sensitive).
Without the foreskin, the penis head is slowly desensitised with frequent rubbing and chafing of the underpants. This in turn leads to a less pleasurable experience during sexual activity.

I was circumcised at birth but I've since restored my foreskin. I definitely prefer Uncircumcised for myself, and as a bi guy, I prefer uncut partners as well, although I still can appreciate a circumcised penis on the right guy.

Uncircumcised as this is the norm here in Ireland. I think circumcision is mostly practiced in the Middle East or some communities
