By "hairless bodies" I'm not including the head, nor am I referring to peach fuzz. I'm referring to armpit hair, leg hair, and pubic hair.

People have preferences. For me, ideal cup size is b or c. I also like women who maintain body hair. If they want some pubic hair, that's great! Landing strips are great, a trimmed full bush is great, smooth is great! But if I need a machete when I'm down there, that's not okay. I trim, I expect the same. Armpit hair is... well it's gross. I think this applies to both sexes. I'm not going to shave mine, but I don't show it off either. Leg hair is the same. If they have facial hair, thick body hair, or similar, then it's a turnoff.
I don't think preferences make one into a pedophile. Their attraction children would be the indicator. Even if a girl developed early and looks like a woman at 15, 16, or 17, most men would be turned off to hear that, as they should be. It doesn't mean they don't find them attractive, but the laws and social stigma of engaging, or even interacting with a girl under 18 would, and should, make them look elsewhere. Some people are pedophiles, even women, but preferences don't make people into one.
