Some people in locker rooms will shower with their swimming gear on (when I used to do when I was younger) whereas as you get older you don’t care and will just go naked.

I’ve done it all the time. In Iceland, we had to shower nude in the locker rooms before going into the spring heated pools and the Blue Lagoon because other countries don’t use chlorine.
I am reluctant to change freely openly.
Why not?
All are fellow human beings also by nature we're all nude.
We stayed at home Nude too occasionally and normally Simi nude.
Why would I shower with my clothes on?

I did in Junior High and in HS and I would now if I felt the need. But I was shy at first, which is normal.
I am never going in a room where people change and shower together.

Of course. Doesn't do any good showering with your clothes on. Besides, we're nudists. We'll shower at the outdoor showers in front of everyone.

I’m very comfortable with my body I always shower naked and sometimes walk around naked.
At gym? Yes because the shower stalls are super private
