I think my girlfriend does at her house. When we went to Disney World, I got her some stuffed animals and she says she sleeps with them. She also has two pillow pet stuffed animals that she sleeps on.

I have no problem admitting that I sometimes sleep with a stuffed animal, solely because it feels good to cuddle with for the position I like to sleep. Although I can hug a pillow and it has a similar effect.
