Top Freedom has actually been done successfully in many communities …like New York City for example, it is legal for a girl to be topless anywhere a guy is allowed to be bare chested, so it is not unusual to see topless girls in Times Square or Central Park on really warm days.
My last trip to New York City was 2½ years ago in September and it was still warm then. I went to both Times Square and Central Park …one must take advantage of those warm days when you're in New York …lol
Yes, it’s the exception and not the rule because of the success of ‘Slut Shaming’ by some, but why should a girl be put in jail for it, in some western localities, when everyone in western countries have seen a girl’s breasts before and there is nothing wrong with them…am I wrong?
One of the excuses given to not allow it, is that it turns guys on sexually, but wouldn’t that stop if it were more commonplace like it has been for centuries in many parts of the world with natives and with others where none of this has even been an issue? Should they be arrested too?

Yeah, there is nothing wrong with people who want to go topless, and it does not mean she is a slut, it means she is comfortable with her body. I've been wanting to go to some of these rallies as well.
In America, we have a sick, morbid attitude towards the human body. It wouldn't be that big a deal if we didn't make it that big a deal. There is nothing wrong with nudity. I don't know if our sick attitudes have ruined nudity forever, but I hope one day we can adopt healthy attitudes towards the naked human body.

I support free the nipple, but there is a connected and as important issue. Anything in public view has no expectation of privacy. People have the right to look at anything in public view, for whatever reason they choose. If a woman chooses to go topless and someone stares it's a consequence of the other. This idea of "eye rape" is contrary to basic rights.
I'm not averse to it generally speaking, but its telling that this is what nodern feminists think is so important to actually protest about. They should focus on fighting for women's rights in areas they're actually lacking-- like all the women in middle east who can be outcast or stoned to death for the "crime" of being raped; or the young girls in certain African countries who get their genitals slashed up for the appeasement of church and state.
I’m a guy and I find boobs attractive. Yes, I think of them in a sexual way. But I also find short skirts and legs attractive but girls don’t cover them any more. So, yea if you want, you can expose them as far as I’m concerned. But, many guys will find it sexually appealing, just like wearing other revealing clothes.
I'm all for it. But no one can expect to not be sexualized or offended in that situation if people stare and all that. They have to accept they are in public.

I seriously don't care if someone walks naked or not, but I would be concerned about their safety if they go on streets like that walking alone. Beaches and private places are fine.
